Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2022-2023 by and between the District and Luna Dance Institute, Berkeley, CA, for the latter to provide to create a progressive, standards-based curriculum and work with partner teachers in a side-by-side collaborative model to bring dance learning to life, aligned with the schools, in the additional amount of $10,000.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $25,000.00 to $35,000.00 and extending the Agreement term from August 29, 2022 through May 4, 2023 to May 18, 2023. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
