Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2022-2023 by and between the District and Bay Area Women Against Rape (BAWAR), Oakland, CA, for the latter to serve as the required nonprofit agency partner in the federal Human Trafficking Youth Prevention Education (HTYPE) grant and work with District project staff to continue to build capacity to provide human trafficking prevention education to teachers, staff, and students and provide other services, as specified in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Community Schools and Student Services Department for the period of January 1, 2023 through June 30, 2023, in an amount not to exceed $43,222.00.
