Approval by the Board of Education the Study Agreement by and between the District and the Fiscal Crisis & Management Assistant Team, Bakersfield, CA, for the latter to conduct the Scope of Work, specified in Section 2 of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for determination of District’s eligibility for financial apportionment, analyze the District’s financial position, District’s calculated projected operating deficit, if any, and determination of District’s progress to complete certain activities and report thereupon as required by law, for a term mutually determined by the Parties congruent with law, at no cost to the District.
