Adds $24,268 to Murakami/Nelson's design contract for Castlemont High field and bleachers

The Board is adding money to the architect's contract for the Castlemont High School Field & Bleachers Project. The extra work is a new power panel for the bleachers and restrooms, needed because PG&E removed a power pole on the east side of the field, plus intrusion alarm consulting to meet district standards. The contract's not-to-exceed total goes from $1,097,287.50 to $1,121,555.50, paid from the Measure J building fund.
