Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2022-2023 - No Cost (SA) and California Student Data Privacy Agreement (DPA), each, by and between the District and Oakland Public Education Fund, Oakland, CA., for the latter, through the SA, to fund and support, through the Community United for Educational Success (CUES) Project, ten Community-Based Organizations (CBO) committed to working with District high school students, focused on increasing attendance and engagement for disconnected students at no cost to the District, for the period of February 1, 2023 through June 30 2025 and through the DPA, the duties and responsibilities of the former to protect student data transmitted to it by the District, under the SA, including compliance with all applicable statutes, including the FERPA, PPRA, COPPA, SOPIPA, AB 1584, and other applicable California State laws, all as may be amended from time to time, for the same term as SA or longer, whichever is great, so long as former has any such student data in its possession. .
