Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2022-2023 by and between the District and Growing Together-Bay Area, Pinole, CA, for the latter to provide additional hours to students of Farm & Garden - Stewardship and Education, Fresh Food Enterprises, Logistics and Operations, as described in Exhibit A of Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth at Castlemont High School, in the additional amount of $30,000.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $15,000.00 to $45,000.00, with Agreement unchanged term of December 19, 2022 through June 30, 2023. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
