Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2022-2023 by and between the District and PowerSchool Group LLC, Folsom, CA, for the latter to provide its Schoology software, an advanced learning management system (LMS) that enables teachers to post assignments online and students to submit assignments, including a gradebook that can be shared with families, and other features, as described in Exhibit A of Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period of May 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $99,134.44.
