Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2022-2023 by and between the District and Rigorous Love, Oakland, CA, for the latter to meet with Restorative Justice Facilitators to deepen their knowledge and broaden their skill set to work more effectively with students; provide coaching that includes reflection, data analysis and action planning; hold professional development for all of the Restorative Justice Facilitators and school counselors, for the unchanged period of November 2, 2022 through May 25, 2023, in the additional amount of $30,000.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $20,000.00 to $50,000.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
