Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2022-2023 by and between the District and Philanthropic Ventures Foundation, Oakland , CA, for the latter to provide, via third party (Agency By Design), a highly experiential 2-3 hour workshop, giving after school providers the taste of the joy and power of maker-centered learning to engage students at all ages, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of May 1, 2023 through May 31, 2023, in an amount not to exceed $5,400.00.
