Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Agreement for Inspector of Record Services for Construction by and between the District and King Construction Inspection, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide additional DSA Inspector of Record Services, as described in the Fee Proposal, attached to the Amendment as Exhibit A, for the Melrose Leadership Academy at Maxwell Park Living Schoolyard Project, in an additional amount of $41,532.00, which includes a $4,308.00 contingency, increasing the Agreement’s not-to-exceed amount from $47,388.00 to $88,920.00 and extending the term of Agreement from June 23, 2022 through October 28, 2022 to December 31, 2023 (an additional 429 calendar days). All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
