Adoption by the Board of Education of Resolution No. 2223-0218 Resolution of Intent to Dedicate Public Utility Easement to The Pacific Gas and Electric Company for The District’s Participation In The Pacific Gas and Electric Company’s Electrical Vehicle Charge Schools And Parks Program [allowing PG&E to access East Oakland Pride Elementary School (“Site”) to install and maintain the components of the electrical vehicle chargers PG&E is providing as part of the District’s participation in PG&E’s program to provide electric vehicle charging infrastructure at school facilities (i.e., PG&E’s Electric Vehicle Charge Schools and Parks Program, herein after the “Program”)].
