Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Memorandum of Understanding and Engagement Policy (“MOUEP”) by and between District and Lozano Smith Law Firm, for the latter to provide more of the same legal services on an as needed basis for charter school matters, with the exception of charter school-related claims and litigation defense, in an additional amount of $10,200.00, increasing the not to exceed amount of MOUP from $99,100.00 to $109,300.00, for the term through June 2023. All other terms and conditions of the MOUEP remain in full force and effect.
