Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2022-2023 by and between the District and Nancy Kaufman-Cohen, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide an additional 72 hours of clinical supervision for interns, providing clinical services to District students, to fulfill the requirements of the MSW/MFT internship placements, in the additional amount of $7,200.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $36,000.00 to $43,200.00, for the unchanged term of August 15, 2022 through May 31, 2023. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
