Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2022-2023 by and between the District and Creative Supports, Inc, Dublin CA, for the latter to provide [sports] equipment, professional delivery and installation services within the school district; services which also include placement and adjustment of all equipment and products when needed, for the period of July 01, 2022 through June 30, 2023, in the additional amount of $60,000.00, increasing the not to exceed amount of the Agreement from $30,000.00 to $90,000.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
