Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2022-2023 by and between the District and Oakland Public Education Fund, Oakland, CA, for the latter to process and payout student stipends, drawn from contracted dollars, for High School Linked Learning Office students enrolled in the pathway-based summer Work-Based Learning program, Exploring College, Career, and Community Options (ECCCO), as described in Exhibit A, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, with the Fund retaining ten-percent of the Agreement dollars as a fee, via the High School Linked Learning Department, for the period of June 1, 2023 through August 31, 2023, in an amount not to exceed $66,000.00.
