Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2022-2023 by and between the District and TMI Consulting, Inc., Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide professional and quality care ergonomic services and education for employees to help reduce or prevent injuries in the workplace, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the period of July 01, 2022 through June 30, 2023, in the additional amount of $26,000.00 increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $9,000.00 to $35,000.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
