Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Service Agreement 2022-2023 by and between the District and Elite Environmental Consulting, Vallejo, CA, for the latter to provide environmental related services to reduce risk at the school sites. which includes but are not limited to collection of environmental samples, for the period of July 01, 2022 through June 30, 2023, in the additional amount of $40,000.00 increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $15,000.00 to $55,000.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
