Plain-English summary written by AI from the official text. Reviewed Oct 3, 2026

Corrected Oct 3, 2026: Earlier version showed this as money the district pays. The attached agreement shows the Alameda Alliance for Health pays the district up to $1,686,880.73.

Discrepancy from the official text. The text states an amount not to exceed $1,686,880.73 but does not say whether the District pays it or receives it, and the title calls the item a Services Agreement while the text describes a memorandum of understanding. (Confirmed by a reviewer.)
