Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Grant Agreement by and between the District and the California Department of Social Services, Sacramento, CA, for the latter to further develop the English Language Learner student work to support OUSD students with interrupted formal education during the 2023-2024 fiscal year, for the period of July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2024, to June 30, 2026, in the additional amount of $550,000.00, for 2022-2023, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $1,835,520.00 to $2,385,520.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
