Approval by the Board of Education of a Facilities Use Agreement by and between the District and East Bay Innovation Academy (EBIA), a Charter School, for the latter’s use of 27,428 square feet of the Marshall School Site Premises, as delineated in Agreement, and for the rate stated in the Agreement Sections: · 3.1.1. For the 2024-25 fiscal year: 2024-25 Proposition 39 per square foot rate (excluding utilizes and custodial); and · 3.1.2. For the 2025-26 fiscal year: 2024-25 Proposition 39 per square foot rate (excluding utilizes and custodial) times 1.05, for the term July 1, 2024, (“Commencement Date”), and, unless sooner terminated under any provision of the Agreement, the Agreement shall end on June 30, 2026 (“End Date”).
