Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and LightHouse for the Blind, San Francisco, CA, for the latter to provide Part C Vision Services to infants and toddlers, birth to age 3, and their families, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Special Education Department, for the period of July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $49,900.00.
