Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and Rocio Elisabeth Cordova, Oakland, CA, for the latter to design, develop Tobacco Use Prevention Education (TUPE) student substance use intervention services, family and community engagement, staff professional development and strengthening interagency partnerships, as more specifically described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of July 10, 2023 through September 8, 2023, in an amount not to exceed $21,000.00.
