Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and FoodCorps, Oakland, CA, for the latter provide FoodCorps AmeriCorps members (up to 12 in (OUSD) to serve alongside educators and school nutrition leaders for a year of service to provide kids with nourishing meals, food education, and culturally affirming experiences with food that celebrate and nurture the whole child, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of August 7, 2023 through July 5, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $161,000.00.
