Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and Oakland Public Education Fund, Oakland, CA, for the latter to administer fiscal payments for the OUSD Guardian Angels Program, which provides emergency hotel/motel stays; emergency food and clothing for OUSD students/families experiencing homelessness, and supports the work of the McKinney-Vento Program, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of September 1, 2023 through June 28, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $50,000.00.
