Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and The Teaching Well, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide a Coach to provide bi-weekly virtual or in-person 1-hour coach sessions to support OUSD site leadership to tailor school site Professional Development (PD) content and facilitation to the unique needs of the school site staff to improve staff culture and increase staff retention, as more specifically described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for Urban Promise Academy, for the period of September 1, 2023, through May 29, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $20,680.00.
