Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and Holden High School, Orinda, CA, for the latter to provide college prepatory academic instruction leading to a high school diploma for students with disabilities and provide grades, transcripts, and handle other educational needs of the students, more specifically described in Exhibit A of Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Special Education Department, for the period of August 21, 2023 through January 24, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $25,087.50.
