Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and Hatchuel Tabernik & Associates, Inc, Berkeley, CA, for the latter to assist the District to plan and prepare a competitive U.S. Department of Education Fostering Diverse Schools Grant Application, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Student Assignment Department, for the period of July 1, 2023 through July 31, 2023, in an amount not to exceed $10,441.16.
