Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and Northeastern University - Mills College Campus, Lead by Learning, Boston, MA, for the latter to conduct six 2-hour community of practice sessions for Quality Support Coaches (OUSD Teachers) from 73 school sites to engage in collaborative inquiry to better support their site's program quality, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of July 1, 2023 through June 28, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $73,130.00.
