Approval by the Board of Education of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) by and between the District and The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), Menlo Park, CA, for the latter to provide its Secondary Transition to Employment Program - USGS Partnership (STEP-UP), worked-based learning experiences for students with disabilities, mostly ages 18-22, with the goal of promoting employability and independent living skills, via the Special Education Department, for the period of September 29, 2023 through September 29, 2026, at no cost to the District.
