Approval by the Board of Education of a County of Alameda Standard Services Agreement by and between the District and Alameda County Health Care Services Agency, San Leandro, CA, for the District to provide Mental Health Student Services Act (MHSSA) Partnership Program services to expand mental health services to students at school sites, in foster care and who have been expelled or suspended from school, pursuant to General Terms and Conditions hereinafter specified in the Agreement, the Additional Provisions attached hereto, and Exhibits A through F, all of which are incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024, with the District to receiving an amount not to exceed $150,000.00.
