Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and Kingmakers of Oakland, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide a pilot program that combines research, best practices and advocacy to develop and enhance the literacy skills of Pre-K thru 2nd grade Black boys, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via Early Childhood Development Department, for the period of November 6, 2023 through June 30, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $109,000.00.
