Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and Public Profit, Oakland, CA, for the latter to support the completion of the required Annual Progress Report and Evaluation of the California Community Schools Partnership Program for both Cohorts 1 and 2, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporate herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of October 16, 2023 through June 30, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $95,000.00.
