Approval by the Board of Education of a Service Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and The SIFE Equity Project, Barrytown, NY, for the latter to provide instructional materials designed for an ELD/ELA class for the range of early newcomers at the beginning levels of English proficiency, targeting the needs of students with emerging home language literacy in Middle and High School, as described in Exhibit A (Scope of Work) of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the English Language Learner and Multilingual Achievement (ELLMA) Department, for the period of November 15, 2023, through June 30, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $300,000.00.
