Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement - 2023-2024 - No-Cost by and between the District and Fred Finch Youth Center dba Fred Finch Youth & Family Services, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide two (2) therapists who will conduct “45 one-on-one sessions with up to ten students having mental health issues”, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, at Garfield Elementary School, for the period of October 24, 2023 through May 31, 2024, at no cost to the District.
