Leases part of the Lakeview Campus to AIMS High Charter School, with $177,338 expected in 2024-25
The district will let AIMS High Charter School use part of the Lakeview Campus, about 26,951 square feet with utilities, for three years. State law (Proposition 39) requires districts to offer charter schools space, and the rent follows a set per-square-foot rate that rises in the second and third years. The district expects $177,338 in the first year, 2024-25.
