Approval by the Board of Education of an Agreement (A) by and between the District and Regents of the University of California on behalf of Berkeley Campus, Berkeley, CA, for the latter to provide: A qualitative research proposal; conduct qualitative research with the OTR Residents, graduates and those who have left, for the period of February 22, 2023 through June 30, 2023 in an amount not to exceed $55,000.00. and a Data Sharing Agreement, (DSA), between Parties, delineating, the terms and conditions of District's transmission of or sharing of student data with the University and the protection by the University, of such data, for the same term as A, via the Office of the Chief of Talent.
