Ratification by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and Jorge Esquivel, Concord, CA, for the latter to work with OUSD project staff and partners on curriculum development; training of trainers (ToT); development of outreach and awareness materials for newcomer students and their caregivers/sponsors; direct staff and student instruction as needed and; consultation on the district's Human Trafficking School Safety Protocol (HTSSP), as described in Exhibit A of Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of January 22, 2024 through June 30, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $4,000.00.
