Approval by the Board of Education of First Amendment, Grant Agreement - City of Oakland - Newcomer Wellness and Peer Restorative Justice by and between the District and the City of Oakland, with the District receiving an additional $225,000.00, increasing grant total from $225,000.00 to $450,000.00, through the city’s Oakland Fund for Children and Youth for support of a Peer Restorative Justice Program at Fremont High School, Oakland Technical High School, and Oakland High School as well as a Newcomer Wellness Center at Oakland International High School, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, and extending the grant term from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023 to June 30, 2024, subject to the terms and conditions thereof. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
