Adds $355,240 and three years to Syserco's building system support through June 2027

This amendment keeps Syserco, Inc. providing support services for the Buildings & Grounds Department, including preventative maintenance software and cyber security updates for its building automation system. It adds $355,240 and extends the contract from June 30, 2024 to June 30, 2027. The text says the contract limit goes from $230,227 to $565,467, but those figures do not add up; $230,227 plus $355,240 is $585,467.
