Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement by and between the District and Alameda County Health Care Services Agency, San Leandro, CA, for the latter to provide a range of health care services to students and their families through District’s School-Based Health Centers, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $1,035,000.00.
