Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement by and between the District and Acta Non Verba, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide nine hours of daily summer academic support and enrichment to District students who are in need of summer services to counter summer learning loss, and provide related services, perform tasks, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, for the Summer Learning Program at Grass Valley Elementary School, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period of June 3, 2024 through July 12, 2024, in an amount not to exceed $171,024.00.
