Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and Brian Ostreicher, Oakland, CA, for the latter to extend production of original sound and music; continue the on-going school promotion work, and the Grow With Us Campaign in District, in the additional amount of $5,000.00, increasing the not to exceed amount of the Agreement from $10,000.00 to $15,000.00 and extending the term of the Agreement from August 15, 2023 through May 31, 2024 to June 30, 2024. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
