Ratification by the Board of Education of a Memorandum of Understanding - No Cost by and between the District and Children’s Hospital and Research Center at Oakland dba UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital Oakland, Oakland, CA, for the latter through its school-based health centers, will work with identified OUSD schools to help meet the medical health, mental health, health education and youth development needs of OUSD students; will work toward providing a holistic set of wrap-around services that remove barriers to learning and ensure increased access to care (“Services”), as more expressly stated in the Scope of Services including School-Based Health Center Services, Schools Served, and Student Services, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2027, at no cost to the District.
