Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement by and between the District and Kim Woolley, Oakland, CA, for the latter to support the arts administration of the Office of Expanded Learning's Arts Enrichment Initiative in service of 18 school sites with 350 students engaged in high quality arts experiences as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period July 1, 2024 through January 31, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $65,100.00.
