Ratification by the Board of Education of Amendment No.1, Memorandum of Understanding and Engagement Policy by and between the District and Fisher & Phillips, LLP, for the latter to provide more of the same legal service to the District for immigration related matters and other legal services on an as needed basis, in an additional amount of $25,000.00, increasing the not to exceed amount from $50,000.00, to $75,000.00 for the 2023-24 Fiscal Year, and continue to provide said legal services on as needed basis for the 2024-25 Fiscal Year up to a not to exceed amount of $50,000.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
