Approval by the Board of Education of Amendment No. 1, Services Agreement 2023-2024 by and between the District and East Bay Agency for Children, Oakland, CA, for the latter to provide .5 FTE for additional therapeutic and case management services, allowing the clinician to additionally offer therapy to non-Medi-Cal and Medi-Cal transitioning students, while concurrently maintaining active full-scope Medi-Cal services, at Rudsdale Continuation High School, for the unchanged term of July 7, 2023, through June 28, 2024, in the additional amount of $18,250.00, increasing the Agreement not to exceed amount from $72,500.00 to $90,750.00. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain in full force and effect.
