Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement by and between the District and The Speech Pathology Group dba SPG Therapy & Education, Walnut Creek, CA, for the latter to provide Registered Behavior Technicians to support students with disabilities during expanded learning programs on an as needed basis, as described in Exhibit A of the Agreement, incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth, via the Community Schools and Student Services Department, for the period July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $101,700.00.
