Approval by the Board of Education of a Services Agreement by and between the District and Welligent, LLC, Tampa, FL, for the latter to provide ongoing maintenance and support of the Electronic Health Records System (EHRS) for the Health Services Department to maintain student health records (e.g. medical orders, medical charting) and to ensure Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliance in the storage and access of personally-identifiable health information via the Special Education Department, for the period of July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $67,405.90.
