Extends Transcribing Mariners' Braille transcribing contract to June 2025; the $40,000 cap is unchanged
The board is asked to ratify an amendment extending the agreement from June 30, 2024 to June 30, 2025. Transcribing Mariners provides Braille transcription, tactile graphics, embossing, binding and digital files of curriculum and worksheets for District students who are blind and use Braille. The attached amendment leaves the $40,000 not-to-exceed amount unchanged, so no money is added; the $40,000 is the existing limit for the contract.
