Notes on the official text

  • A second reading of the official text found a new total of $6,947,956.
  • The new total is printed as "$6,947,95600" with missing punctuation, but it evidently means $6,947,956.00, which matches the prior amount of $6,781,918.00 plus the added $166,038.00.
